Schedule Courts is free for every facility while we build billing, whatever your court count. When paid plans start, facilities already using Schedule Courts will hear from us before anything is charged.
Payments are optional.
If you take court fees, guest bookings, event entry fees or membership plans through Schedule Courts, payments run through your own Stripe account and Stripe pays them out to you. Each card payment carries Stripe's standard processing fee plus a 1% Schedule Courts fee. Payments are off by default, so a facility that never charges never pays either.

- What counts as a court?
- Each court you add in Settings counts once, including walk-in-only courts.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Not today. Paid plans are billed monthly.
- Do my members pay anything?
- Your members book in any browser, with no app to install and nothing to buy from us. If you charge for court time, that is your price, paid to you.
- Pickleball, tennis or both?
- Both, on every plan.
