These terms govern your use of ScheduleCourts at schedulecourts.com. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

ScheduleCourts lets sports facilities publish court availability and lets players book courts and register for events. Each facility sets and enforces its own rules — hours, booking limits, cancellation windows, and membership requirements. Facilities are responsible for their own schedules, pricing, and policies; a booking is an arrangement between you and the facility.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information; facilities rely on it to manage their courts.

Acceptable use

• Don't book courts you don't intend to use, or use automation to hoard reservations.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
• Facility staff may cancel bookings that violate their facility's rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Bookings may be adjusted or cancelled by the facility (for example, for maintenance or weather). We may update the service and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScheduleCourts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
