Coaches' lessons on your courts.
Coaches who run their business on Pickleball Coach or Tennis Coach link to your facility with one code. Their lessons land on your schedule as court holds, so a lesson never collides with a member's booking.
How it works
- Turn on coach links in Settings and share your facility's coach code.
- The coach enters the code in Pickleball Coach or Tennis Coach.
- When a client books a lesson, the coach's app only offers times when the coach and a court are both free, then places a court hold on your schedule.
- If the lesson moves or is cancelled, the hold moves or disappears with it.
What you control
One code per facility. Revoke any coach from Settings at any time. Coach holds sit on the same courts and hours as everything else on your schedule, and your members see the court as taken.
For coaches
Pickleball Coach and Tennis Coach are business apps for independent coaches: scheduling, clients, bookings and finances in one place. Pickleball Coach runs on iOS, Android and the web. Tennis Coach runs in the browser.
Other schedulers
Other scheduling apps can place bookings through the Schedule Courts partner API. Facilities opt in, and partners only ever see whether a court is free.
No extra cost
Coach links are part of every Schedule Courts plan, from the free tier that covers up to two courts through the Facility plan for larger clubs. There's no separate fee to turn coach links on, since every plan includes every feature Schedule Courts offers.
