ScheduleCourts ("we", "us") provides court scheduling software for sports facilities. This policy explains what information we collect when you use schedulecourts.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email address. We never see your password.
• Booking information. Court reservations, event registrations, and waitlist entries you create, including dates, times, and the facility involved.
• Guest bookings. If you book as a guest, the name, email, and phone number you provide so the facility can confirm and contact you about your reservation.
• Technical basics. We store a sign-in token in your browser so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To operate scheduling: showing availability, managing bookings, and enforcing each facility's booking rules.
• To send transactional email — booking confirmations, cancellations, reminders, and event updates. You can turn reminders off in your notification preferences.
• To let facility staff manage their schedule, which includes seeing bookings at their facility. Facilities control how member names appear on public schedules.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the facility you book with and the service providers that run the platform (Microsoft Azure for hosting, database, and email delivery).

Data retention and deletion

Booking history is retained so facilities have accurate records. To ask about or request deletion of your data, contact the facility you play at or email support@schedulecourts.com.

Children

ScheduleCourts is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the date above.
